Anna Collins: EVP of Operations

Ms. Anna Collins has been the Executive Vice President of Operations and Compliance since the founding of UC Funds and has over 20 years’ experience overseeing real estate portfolios and workouts. Previously, Ms. Collins was the Senior Vice President of Potomac Realty Capital, where she oversaw the Underwriting, Treasury, Sales and Asset Management groups. Prior to Potomac, Ms. Collins worked for Arbor Realty Trust, LLC, where she served as Director of Asset Management. She has an extensive background in the asset management of a substantial structured loan portfolio consisting of all asset classifications. At Arbor, her accomplishments as Deal Manager included the underwriting of $1 billion in loan originations and contributions to the successful conclusions of asset management workouts of complicated deals, including those in foreclosure, bankruptcy and forced liquidations. She also has an impressive background in portfolio management and investments. Ms. Collins graduated from Dowling College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned an MBA from Canisius College.
