Joe Ambrose: SVP of Asset Management & Production

Joe Ambrose, Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Production, has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience.

Mr. Ambrose has been with UC Funds since its inception and oversees the Asset Management team with previous managerial oversight of screening and production teams.  He oversees an AUM of more than $1.5 Billion.  Prior to UC Funds, Mr. Ambrose worked at Potomac Realty Capital, where he was directly involved with the underwriting of more than $1 billion in structured loans. Mr. Ambrose graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research Engineering.
