UC Funds, a vertically integrated commercial real estate specialty finance firm, funded a $35 million loan for the ground-up development of a 108-unit, seven story Class A luxury multifamily and retail project in the suburbs of the Seattle market.

 

This recent transaction demonstrates UC Funds’ leverage and speed with the entrepreneurial lens they are known for. The project is part of a $250 million revitalization commitment for this submarket.
