Courtyards on Park, a seven-building, 56-unit multifamily complex located at 1425 E. Park Avenue in Valdosta, Georgia, is currently 96 percent occupied.
Previously known as Villa Valdos, the complex was built in 1968 and sits on 5.4 acres. Amenities include a laundry room, swimming pool, clubhouse, and 52 storage units located in the rear of the property.
