The San Antonio Riverwalk near the Travis Building
UC Funds’ recent Travis Building funding was in the news on the Connect Texas website. The commercial real estate site highlighted the adaptive reuse funding plan for the circa 1920s 76,488 square feet building. There are 63 luxury apartment units and 20,000 square feet of commercial space planned for the development.
