UC Funds is proud to announce the official rebranding of our Gulf Shores, Alabama property from Emerald Greens to ONE CLUB Gulf Shores. We purchased the multi-use, 490-unit asset in 2016 and have worked hard over the past year to improve the beach adjacent community with numerous renovations. Our goal is to better the lives of residents by offering the high end amenities they deserve, and easy access to activities they enjoy. We expect ONE CLUB’s apartments and condos to attract individuals and families looking to relocate in style, as well as those searching for second homes along the Emerald Coast.

We decided to name the community ONE CLUB because it symbolizes our goal. We hope for residents to get everything they need and want in one place. With this in mind, we’ve completed renovations on the nine-hole golf course, which will be challenging for amateurs and a fun round for pros. The onsite amenities have also been upgraded. Residents will soon relax by the two brand new pools and cabanas at the resident-only pool, take advantage of the renovated fitness center and full-sized tennis court, and enjoy games of pickle ball and basketball. We’re currently working on major renovations to the Pro Shop, and diversifying the menu at the 10th Hole Bar and Grille. Additionally, The Porch at ONE CLUB, serving delicious home-style barbeque, will soon become a go to dining spot for young families and grandchildren. Residents can also expect to see the addition of extended living spaces.

In addition to the many renovations, we couldn’t be more thrilled with ONE CLUB’s location: just four miles from the beach and one mile from Jack Edwards National Airport, a general aviation airport slated to add commercial flights by 2020 at the latest. The property is situated in Baldwin County, one of the fastest growing counties in Alabama. ONE CLUB’s lush green surroundings allow privacy, and its close proximity provides quick access to the many attractions of Gulf Shores. Whether residents are looking to relax on the beautiful white sand beaches, explore the marinas, play golf on world class courses, or explore major attractions like OWA, there are extensive entertainment options fitting all interests. Sports enthusiasts can check out the NCAA Women’s Beach Volleyball Championships in May and World Series baseball in June and July.
