“UC Go” Transitional Light Bridge Loan to Perm
Short term, interim financing to stabilize or prepare asset for a UC Funds permanent loan solution with GSA’s, Conduit and/or Life Company. Pricing starts at 225 over Libor.
This is a close partnering with our sponsors to provide them with a 80-90% LTC preferred equity capital solution that will preserve their cash for the next deal. Our structure is very lucrative for the sponsorship on these types of transactions secondary to UC Funds typically not looking for any of the backside profits.
