Mark Kuklis:  VP of Underwriting

Mr. Kuklis brings nearly a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate & Banking to his role as the Vice President of Underwriting at UC Funds. Since joining the team in 2016, Mr. Kuklis has underwritten over $5.0 billion in real estate transactions and played a pivotal role in facilitating the closure of approximately $1.0 billion in investments. In his current capacity, Mr. Kuklis is responsible for analyzing, structuring, and managing the risks of all prospective ventures for the firm.

Mr. Kuklis graduated with Cum Laude honors from Bentley University, earning his B.S. in Corporate Finance & Accounting with a double major in Quantitative Perspectives. While at Bentley University, Mr. Kuklis held prior positions in the Credit Risk department at a global financial institution and in the Financial Compliance department at a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company.
