In July, UC Funds closed a $27 million first mortgage loan for the conversion of an existing parking garage into a mixed-use building in New Orleans’ Warehouse District. Once completed, the mixed-use property will consist of ground-floor retail, luxury apartments, and condos. Biz New Orleans included the news in its October 2018 issue.
