UC Funds and HAP Investment Developers have been collaborating on the 329 Pleasant Ave project since April 2015 when HAP received a construction loan from UC Funds, as described by Joel Pecoy, senior vice president of asset management at UC Funds. The project in East Harlem, New York, recently hosted its grand opening.
