Catherine Oniffrey has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, finance, and investment. Ms. Oniffrey has extensive expertise in origination, credit, asset management, workouts and capital markets.  Ms. Oniffrey has invested over $6 billion of capital in real estate as a lender, equity investor and owner. With a successful career with such companies as Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group, and Centennial Bank, Ms. Oniffrey has a great diversity of experience in all functions of banking and lending.  With Bank of Scotland, Ms. Oniffrey managed $10 billion portfolio and nine offices.  Cathy has a BS, Finance from Mt. St. Mary College and MBA, Finance from St. Thomas University.
