James Osten: Chief Operating Officer

Jim Osten is the Chief Operating Officer at UC Funds. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with significant expertise in accounting, finance operations and strategic business planning. Mr. Osten oversees all operational, finance and accounting functions, annual audits, compliance, investor reporting, and cash management. Prior to joining UC Funds Mr. Osten was the CAO for CW Financial Services where he oversaw the annual audit process, GAAP compliance, timely and transparent investor reporting and cash management. Prior to his time with CW Financial Services, Mr. Osten worked for BDO Seidman managing audits in the real estate arena among other clients at which time he became a certified public accountant. Mr. Osten has a BBA with a concentration in Accounting & Finance from Northeastern University.
