Justin Capuano, Vice President of Production and Originations, has more than 8 years professional experience in underwriting and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity investment opportunities.   As head of Originations, Screening and Production, Justin oversees the initial underwriting and term sheet structuring process for more than $2+ billion in new loan originations deal flow per month.

Justin has been with UC Funds for more than 6 years with prior experience in underwriting and asset management at Torchlight Investors. At UC Funds, he has been involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $1 billion in highly structured commercial real estate bridge loans.  Justin graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
