Mark Kuklis:  VP of Underwriting

Mr. Kuklis has over 10 years of commercial real estate underwriting and structuring experience. As Vice President of Underwriting, Mr. Kuklis is responsible for analyzing, structuring and managing the risks of all prospective ventures for the firm. Since joining the team, Mr. Kuklis has underwritten over $5 billion in real estate transactions and played a pivotal role in facilitating the closure of $2 billion in investments. Mr. Kuklis graduated cum laude from Bentley University, earning his B.S. with a double major in Finance and Quantitative Analysis. Before joining UC Funds, Mr. Kuklis worked in the Credit Risk department at a global financial institution and in the Financial Compliance department at a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company.
