Rosemarie is the head of Marketing and Business Development at UC Funds.  She leads the launch of new products and platforms as well as all brand strategy, competitive intelligence, communications, lead generation, digital marketing, and business development for all lending platforms, assets under management, and the organization’s diverse businesses.   She has more than twenty years of marketing, sales, and business development experience with more than 15 years in the commercial real estate, lending, and the real estate development industry.

Prior to UC Funds, Rosemarie worked with The O’Neill Companies in the development, launch and management of new assets spanning multifamily, office, mixed use, healthcare, hospitality, and retail.  Her earlier work included leading global marketing and business development  teams with SaaS software, learning and training platforms, and business transformation and migration from physical to digital assets,  Rosemarie graduated from The University of Pennsylvania and played on their D1 Field Hockey team.  She is a volunteer coach of multiple sports for youth and volunteers service for Unite for Her Breast Cancer support and Army Reserve Family Volunteer group.  Rosemarie is also a Director of the organization’s non-profit, the ONE Foundation.
