Ross Pemmerl: Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Pemmerl, Chief Credit Officer, has more than 15 years of commercial real estate credit and underwriting experience. Mr. Pemmerl oversees underwriting, credit maintenance and enhancement activities. Over the past decade with UC Funds, he has underwritten, structured and closed over $4 billion in transaction volume. Before UC Funds, Mr. Pemmerl worked at Potomac Capital, a predecessor fund to UC Funds.  Prior to joining UC Funds, Mr. Pemmerl worked as a Special Assets Workout Officer in RBS Citizens’ Global Restructuring Group where he was responsible for the management and disposition of RBS Citizens’ OREO portfolio throughout the Midwest and Northeast. Mr. Pemmerl was named one of Commercial Observer’s Top 25 Under 35 Debt and Equity Professionals in 2019 and Globe St. Real Estate Forum’s 50 Under 40 in 2020. Mr. Pemmerl is a frequent expert thought leader at national CRE conventions and events.  Mr. Pemmerl earned a BA in Economics with a secondary concentration in Mathematics from Wesleyan University.
