We are pleased to share the closing of RiZe at Opus Park, a gorgeous Class A+ ground-up construction project in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Opening in 2019, RIZE transformed the local market’s apartment design and delivered luxury living to an area that is chock full of Fortune 500 businesses. With a great UC Funds’ asset management focus with a long-time partner and repeat sponsor, the project was able to command a $93 million exit this past month. Our $20 million preferred equity solution was instrumental in the build, lease up, stabilization, and notable exit of this new entrant to the multifamily market.
