UC Funds, a vertically integrated commercial real estate specialty finance firm, funded a $32 million loan for the ground-up development of a multi-phase Class A multifamily project in the suburbs of the Tacoma market.

This recent transaction demonstrates UC Funds’ certainty  of  execution and speed for a dedicated sponsor to the Pacific Northwest region.
