UC Funds $10.5 Million in Boston

UC Funds, a vertically integrated commercial real estate specialty finance firm, funded a $10.5 million preferred equity investment for a 153-unit Class A luxury multifamily and retail project in Weymouth MA, a suburb of Boston.

This recent transaction demonstrates UC Funds’ full-service platform for multifamily sponsors, nationwide.
